The webinar is the recommended starting point, it introduces the Conflict Continuum™ framework and gives you the language the Academy builds on. That said, you can enroll in the Academy without attending the webinar. All core frameworks will be covered in depth throughout the 6 weeks.

Cohort-based means you move through the program alongside a group of other leaders, which is intentional. The peer learning and case discussion is a core part of the experience. You'll have one live session per week over 6 weeks, starting May 4th (sessions run May 4, 11, 18 and June 1, 8, 15). Sessions are recorded if you need to catch up, but live attendance is strongly encouraged.

All sessions will be recorded and made available to enrolled participants. We recommend attending live when possible, the real-time discussion and Q&A are where a lot of the application happens. If you know you'll miss more than two sessions, reach out before enrolling to make sure the timing is right for you.

The program is identical, you receive everything included in the Academy regardless of when you enroll. The early enrollment price of $1,000 is available through April 7th only as a reward for committing early. After April 7th, the price increases to $1,500. Enrollment closes completely on April 17th.

The Academy is designed for individual leaders, executives, managers, HR leaders, and anyone responsible for navigating team dynamics. The Conflict Response Profile is a proprietary assessment developed by Dr. Aiken to help leaders identify their default approach to tension, whether you tend toward avoidance, escalation, or somewhere in between. Your results are personal and used throughout the Academy to help you understand your patterns and build more intentional leadership responses.
